How does it work?
- Booking & Confirmation: Book an appointment online and enter your details. You'll receive a confirmation of your appointment time and a reminder 15 minutes before the time.
- Video Consultation: Join the consultation and have your pet ready to be examined by the Vet during the video chat. You and your Vet can share screens so your Vet can see any images or video of your pet, and you can see things like x-rays and blood tests.
- Treatment Plan: Your Vet will email a summary of the appointment and any treatment plan that should be followed. They will also advise if they recommend an in-clinic appointment.
